We started the pursuit of developing a unique festive blend since 2014 and each year, carefully sourced and selected coffees are roasted and blended to not only highlight the deliciousness of each origin but also the greatness of our roasting team!  They have yet to fail us.

Through this journey, The Nutcracker was conceived and celebrated it's 8th edition in December 2021. We also successfully planned, R&D and launched limited edition blends in the likes of Katapult and Anniversary, exciting the audience with each new launch. After much deliberation, the team gathered and agreed that there should be a new espresso blend with each major festive celebrations and give glad tidings for the likes of Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Deepavali. We named it - Festive!

The first Festive Blend launch in February 2022  celebrated Chinese New Year and with Festive Blend number two, we took inspiration and sourced all the coffees from Indonesia, the land rich with spices and traditional flavours associated with Hari Raya! This blend combines two Indonesian coffees, a microlot anaerobic natural processed West Java as a base with a delicious finish of  sweet herbs giling basah from the region of Mandheling.  Together reminding one of flavours of everything kuih-muih  (festive cookies)with sprinkles of cashew butter and roasted almonds in milk, sugar glazed cherry and cocoa black tea as an espresso.
