 Living to the expectations of our roasting motto, “We are only as good as our last roast” or in this case our last Nutcracker blend, we bring you 3 delicious micro-lots from two farms that we have never sourced from before.

Finca Buenos Aires is owned and operated by the Valladarez family. Luis Emilio Valladarez and his family have been growing coffee for over 55 years and their farms are located in the department of Nueva Segovia in Nicaragua, a region known for producing excellent coffees. Coffees from the Valladarez family are regular winners at the Cup of Excellence. 

Idido Kebele has been nothing short of amazing each time we tasted it on the cupping table. From the Ethiopian mountains that overlook Yirgacheffe Town, Idido has now become a famous KEBELE (a Farmer's unit) where great coffee is selected. There is an altitude of about 2100 metres, and the surrounding hills in this area creates a special misty environment enveloping the coffee every morning. Idido is sweet, with a good and bright acidity and a distinct flowery taste.
