Time of the year again and Nutcracker version 012 promises to live up to the expectations of its predecessors. We started the pursuit of developing a unique festive blend since 2014 and each year, carefully sourced and selected coffees are roasted and blended to not only highlight the deliciousness of each origin but also the greatness of our roasting team! They have yet to fail us.
By taking inspiration from the traditional flavours of festive season, this year’s blend combines three delicious coffees, 02 Latin American & 01 African growing-continents based blend, with a 'back to basic' application of the two main processing methods. Together reminding one of flavours of everything festive with sprinkles of date pudding and maple syrup in milk, and marmalade and juicy black plums as an espresso.
Truly a blend to savour with your loved ones this festive season! A gift from us to you, thank you for being good this year.
